Flavour Profile/Aroma
The real light, fruity nature of this rosé sets it apart. There’s the aroma of red berries and strawberries, and you’ll also pick up hints of citrus and verbena that give the wine a gentle acidity.
Recommended food pairings
A light a citrus rosé like this can handle strong flavours. We like to pair ours with a strong goat’s cheese.
