Tasting Notes: Due to the process that this wine is made, the juice of the grape is highly concentrated and wonderfully sweet, resulting in a rich and intensely fruit-driven wine with tropical and stone fruits on the forefront with stunning undertones of floral and spice.
Winemaking Notes: Bacchus and Schonburg Blend, 12% ABV, from Essex, England
Food Pairings: Perfect with an after dinner cheese board or paired with smoked charcuterie.
