Tasting Notes: Inédito Blanco is a single varietal Garnacha Blanca made with 50 year-old vines and aged for seven months in oak barrels. This gives the wine a wonderful vanilla flavour that sits over fresh tropical fruit, wild herbs and tangy grapefruit.
Winemaking Notes: Garnacha Blanca, 13.5% ABV, from Rioja, Spain
Food Pairings: This wine would go wonderfully with flavours like roast chicken, fennel, tarragon and butter, not to mention lemon seasoned bites.
About the Winemaker: Luis Arnedo produces wines en Aldeanueva de Ebro (Rioja Baja) using only his own vines, which have been planted by either his grandfather, his father or himself. To this day it is still family run, with Arnedo dedicating much of his time to the vineyard and winery.
