Payments & Security

Paying by card

Debit and credit cards are processed immediately following payment. We accept debit and credit cards and secured through Stripe who is a payment vendor.

After placing your order we will contact your issuing bank to verify the card used. Once approved we will automatically debit your account for the value of your order.

Payment options

Card payments accepted are Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Currently we do not support payment services such as Paypal or Apply Pay.

We currently do not accept cheque, or bacs.

Declined Card Payments

If for an unfortunate reason you find your card is declined, please re-try closely checking the information you enter or try paying with a different card.

If new attempts to pay are declined, it may be for one or some of the following reasons:

• Credit Limit Reached: There may be a credit limit on your account
• Incorrect Details: The card type, number, expiry date or security code were incorrect
• Unusual Characters: Make sure that your card number doesn’t include dashes or spaces
• New Card: If your card is brand new it may not have been activated yet
• Suspicious Activity: Your card company may have stopped your card for security purposes

Security

At Love Cheese we take your trust in us seriously. Your secruity is our priority we use a 256 SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your data. This technology is used to secure every web based financial interaction you have with us.

This technology protects and encrypts your personal and payment information during communication. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers.

Coupons & Gift Cards

Redeeming coupon codes

 Occasionally we may send out promotion codes who subscribe to our emails. This may enable the recipient to special offers or free delivery. To activate a code you can do the following:

1. Add the items you want to buy to your basket
2. Visit your basket
3. Enter your code in the box available
4. Click or tap to apply

Gift Cards

We provide the functionality for customers to purchase Gift cards for a recipient. To order a gift card you can visit our gift card page. Each gift card comes through with a digital code to use at the checkout.

To use a gift card:

• Select the option to enter a gift card code.
• Enter your code in the box available.
• Click or tap to apply.
