Food Pairing: Try a slice of Gallus with a glass of this red, as this cheddar style cheese is the perfect match for the complex flavours of Archivo Agliancio. Mature, salty and aged to perfection, what more could you need in a cheese?

About the Winemaker: Dating back to 1919, founder Giovanni Battista Tombacco transformed the Agliancio grape vine land into an expert wine making company. Today, they are working towards being a more sustainable business whilst remaining a fan favourite for many.
