Flavour Profile: What can we say? It is salty, creamy, and has a little acidity to it! At room temperature this blue cheese is almost spreadable! All in all, it is a CLASSIC stilton – so expect all your favourite stilton flavours!

About the Maker: Colston Basset Dairy is the home of traditional Stilton and Shropshire Blue Cheeses. Their farming cooperative was established in 1913 and has been making marvellous cheeses for more than 100 years now.
How to Enjoy: We would say this one is best enjoyed crumbled on a salad, or spread on a wheat or ale cracker which you can find in our accompaniments section!
