Tasting Notes: Like any good Shiraz, Don’t Tell Gary offers a stunning dark colour with black cherry, blueberry and of course a sprinkle of spice on the nose. The flavour is that of dark fruits with hints of pepper and soft oak. It is a medium bodied wine with a silky length that lets the flavours savour.
Food Pairing: This is a special occasion wine – meaning when you bring this out, it is one to enjoy with fellow wine lovers and let the wine speak for itself.
Wine Making Notes: Shiraz, 14% ABV, from Victoria Australia
About the Winemaker: Don’t Tell Gary is a McPherson Wine. McPherson are a family ran vineyard and make their wines in their central Victorian winery where they bottle them on site ready to send out across the world.
