Tasting Notes: The wine itself is crystal clear in transparency, with a floral bouquet of jasmine and other white flowers. Apples, melon, pineapple and citrus also hold a place on the palette matched with an acidity that creates a fresh and crisp wine with a long, satisfying finish.

About the Winemaker: The Colomba Bianca winery was founded in 1970. During the last 10 years, under the guidance of our Chairman Leonardo Taschetta, it has become one of the biggest wine growing co-operative in Sicily. The company today has vineyards between the provinces of Trapani, Palermo, Agrigento, Caltanissetta e Ragusa, with 5 wineries distributed in the whole territory.
