Tasting Notes: The wine itself is crystal clear in transparency, with a floral bouquet of jasmine and other white flowers. Apples, melon, pineapple and citrus also hold a place on the palette matched with an acidity that creates a fresh and crisp wine with a long, satisfying finish.
Winemaking Notes: Grillo, 13% ABV, from Sicily, Italy
Food Pairings: This wine is a great one for fish pasta dishes, risottos and white meats. A delicate wine deserves a delicate dish.
