Love Cheese Gift Voucher

I love the idea of the Love Cheese gift voucher which can be used in the shop, cafe and online. I am gifting this to family.
There are a few niggles to iron out. The voucher needed to be formatted to make it presentable in a gift envelope and the Love Cheese brand isn’t on the voucher so it’s not clear what the voucher is for. It’s seems to be designed for email only. I wanted to do both and have a voucher to open on the day and then forward the email afterwards so the recipient has an e-voucher for ease.

I purchased the voucher hoping my niece (who lives in York) could pop in for some cheese and wine. After completing the order it looks like it may be for online shopping purchases only. If that’s so it is not clear and will be disappointing. If you could let me know. Thank you

This was a birthday gift, ordered in good time. The email didn’t arrive into the recipient’s mailbox until 21.12 on his birthday 😳 slightly disappointed. I’m sure he’ll enjoy spending it though.

I've always had positive experiences with your shop but this was my first online 'experience' and found it very logical and easy. Great for very last minute gifts ;)

I bought this as a gift to be delivered on the 9th by email. My recipient says they have not received it. She has checked her junk mail
