Delicious as an aperitif, or with a variety of foods including cheeses. Also complements red fruit desserts and rich chocolate based puddings.

Winemaking Notes: Chardonnay, 12% ABV, from France.

Food Pairings: Most soft cheeses, creamy blues and lots of chocolate based treats too. 

About the Winemaker: Moutard are a champagne house using champagne grapes to make a sparkling wine in the champagne style. Why not just call it champagne? Well, the grapes are grown in Chablis. Nevertheless, this is a superb bottle of fizz.
