Tasting Notes: A lovely, refreshingly crisp white with all the usual vivacity that the Loire is famous for. Made from Melon de Bourgogne grapes grown in vineyards in the heart of the Nantes region it boasts a luscious apple bouquet, that is both crisp and dry on the palate. It is a great wine with delicate and distinguished flavours.
Winemaking Notes: 100% Muscadet, 11.5% ABV, from Loire Valley, France
Food Pairing: This one goes amazingly with asian foods, particularly Japanese. Get the gyoza’s out and sip on this belter of a wine.
