Tasting Notes: New Hall Vineyard offers this Bacchus that shows intense aromas of elderflower, apple & conference pear. On the palate, tropical fruit flavours of melon & pineapple prevail leading to a sophisticated, crisp finish. This medium-dry, crisp white wine is not one to sidestep.
Food Pairings: We recommend you enjoy as an aperitif or with white fish
