Tasting Notes: A full bodied, rich and powerful wine. Intense red colour and with aromas and flavours of cherries, raspberries, plum spices and chocolate. The finish is rich and full with good, sweet fruit flavours in an excellent balance.
Food Pairing: A superb accompaniment to red meat dishes and hard cheese such has a matured pecorino.

Stefano Girelli, Philippe Marx and Peter Kosten have combined their skill and experience to bring affordable good value wines from across Italy, with the help of renowned Italian winemaker Stefano Chioccioli who makes all the wines.
