Flavour Profile/Aroma
You’ll pick up lovely, delicate soft fruits in this rosé. The nose has hints of rose and cranberries, balanced carefully for a fresh, clean and uncomplicated finish.
Recommended food pairings
Rondo Rosé is perfect with a goat’s cheese. We like it paired with Ragstone, which is a traditional goat’s cheese with a bright acidity that pairs well with the fresh and fruity flavours of this wine. Rondo Rosé is also a great partner to seafood, especially smoked fish.
Growing Conditions
A single variety of grape is all that’s needed to give this wine its fresh flavours. It’s grown on chalk that produces excellent yields of crop growth, meaning the vineyard’s soils are some of the most productive in England. They are permeable, well-structured, and cultivable in all weathers.
Winemaking notes
Laurel Vines has complete control of the production of Rondo Rosé, from growing the vine and the grapes right through to developing the wine and bottling. Every step of the process takes place on one site using the best quality ingredients and equipment.
