A delicious sweet and tangy Fig relish with hints of chilli and cinnamon. Grown in Turkey, each batch of figs is marinated in spiced vinegar and then gently cooked with dark sugar to sweeten them up. This makes for a lovely sugary yet sharp aroma that goes great with soft goat’s cheese like driftwood, rich and earthy ash-bound cheese.
