Product Highlights

As winemakers around the world attempt to mimic the classic Provence style of rosé – and for good reason – this is a sublime take… it’s simply delicious.

Bieler Pere & Fils aim is always to strike a delicate balance between floral tones, herbal notes, acidity, and wild red fruit. And that they do.

At 13% ABV, this wine is delicate and highly enjoyable.

Tasting Notes: This Provence rose offers a harmonious palette of raspberry, cheery, peach, herbal, citrus and a mineral core. The length is one to note as it coats the palette. This rose is in complete harmony of both flavour and freshness.

Winemaking Notes: Grenache 41%, Syrah 20%, Cinsault 19%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, Rolle 5%, 13% ABV, from Provence France

Food Pairings: This is a wonderful one for white meat. Any chicken dish would do, but we love it with Chicken Parmesan!

About the Winemaker: Charles Bieler is a renowned winemaker who specialises in the production of the rose wine. In 2005 they established Bieler Père et Fils—meaning father and son—to focus solely on rosé. While many people love rose wine, the Bieler family have been at it for decades and have long understood the allure of rosé. Intriguing layers of flavor. Fresh acidity. It all adds up to a vibrant wine unlike any other.
